CUSTOMIZATION

You can submit your logo directly through our website during the ordering process or email it to support@takeshiscissors.it . Make sure your logo file is high-resolution, preferably in PDF , PNG , or SVG format.

We offer three main customization methods:

  • In the Diamond Tip: Less flashy and visible.
  • UV Printing: For a colorful and visible effect.
  • Laser Printing: For a visible and long-lasting effect.

Yes, once we receive your logo, we will send you a preview of the proposed layout for your approval. We will proceed with the customization only after receiving your confirmation.

We offer customization on all our products.

Processing time varies depending on the customization method and order volume. Typically, the customization process takes about 1 business day. Once completed, the product will be shipped immediately. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.

You can check the status of your order by logging into your account on our website or using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation.

RETURN POLICIES AND CHANGES

Because custom products are made to order for you , we do not accept returns unless there is a defect in the product or an error in the customization. If you encounter a problem, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product for assistance.

Changes or cancellations to custom orders can only be made within 6 hours of placing the order . After this time, the customization process will have already begun and we will not be able to accept changes or cancellations.

WARRANTY

Before customization, each product goes through a rigorous quality control to ensure its integrity. After customization, we perform an additional inspection to ensure that the logo or design is applied correctly and that the product meets our high quality standards.

Yes, all TAKESHI scissors are covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.

If your product has a problem with materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it free of charge.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by drops, normal wear and tear, or improper use (e.g. improperly cleaned scissors, incorrect tension, or lack of maintenance).

Remember: good maintenance is the first step to making your TAKESHI last over time!

MAINTENANCE

For daily cleaning, use a soft, dry cloth to remove hair and dust from the blades. Avoid using water or harsh disinfectants, which could damage the metal and compromise the quality of the scissors.

Use SHIELD instead. (Meant for Aquila and Takeshi's scissors)

Check the tension of your scissors regularly. If the blades close too easily or too hard, adjust the center screw until they close evenly and effortlessly. Correct tension is essential for precise cutting.

Store your scissors in a protected case or stand to avoid impacts or damage. Do not leave them in humid or dusty environments, to prolong the life of the product and keep the blades in perfect condition.
